PRIVACY NOTICE

New World Fuel, S.A. DE C.V. (“NWF”)

Centro, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66,230.The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to comply with and be subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and its corresponding Regulations.  

PURPOSES

The data, understood as any information concerning an identified or identifiable person, obtained by NWF, will be processed to meet any of the following purposes:  

• Corroborate the identity of the natural person to whom the Data belongs (the “Data Subject”) and the veracity of the information they provide, including references;  
• Contact the Data Subject;  
• Creation of databases;  
• To establish and follow up on the relationships defined between NWF and the Data Subject, whether they currently exist, may exist in the future, or after the termination of said relationships with the Data Subject.  

In general, for any analogous, complementary, or compatible purpose with the foregoing that is necessary for the proper development, maintenance, and compliance of the relationship between NWF and the Data Subject, as well as for the exercise of the rights and the fulfillment of the obligations deriving therefrom.  

The following purpose requires the consent of the Data Subject:  

• Satisfy requirements of third parties, as long as it does not fall within the exceptions indicated in Article 36 of the Law.  

NWF may, under this Privacy Notice, verify, add to, or complete the Data collected directly from the Data Subject, as well as those third-party data provided by the Data Subject, such as information about their beneficiaries, dependents, and references, as applicable according to the commercial relationship intended to be established with the Data Subject.  

The Data Subject declares that the Data provided to NWF is true and updated, and is obliged to communicate to NWF any modification to the Data provided as soon as possible and by delivering the evidence that serves as the basis to support said modification.  

MECHANISMS AND MEANS AVAILABLE TO EXPRESS REFUSAL FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PURPOSES AND TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA THAT REQUIRE THE CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT.

The Data Subject can:  

1. Exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO Rights), as stipulated in Article 27 of the Law;  
2. Express their refusal to the Processing of Data for those purposes and Transfers that require the consent of the Data Subject;  
3. Limit the use, Transfer, or disclosure of the Data; or  
4. Revoke their consent to the Processing of the Data.  

For the above, the Data Subject or their legal representative must request it in writing, duly signed, observing the provisions of Article 31 of the Law through the following means:  

• At the NWF offices, located at Av. Jiménez 465 Torre San Pedro Floor 4, 401-A Office 5, Col. Centro, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66,230, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 hours.  
• Via email sent to the following email address: legal@nwf.mx  

NWF will ensure compliance with the principles of personal data protection established in the Law.Any change and/or total or partial modification to the Privacy Notice will be made known to you via email.
